Donna Woody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Solutions for Change LLC. She specializes in individual, couples and family therapy along with educational training for corporations and community agencies. She maintains a private practice in White House Station and Madison, NJ. With over 25 years of combined experience as a psychotherapist, and educator she is well equipped to work with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are obesity, and weight related issues, couples therapy, stress management, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Donna has presented at state conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of obesity, weight management and mindful eating, and personality styles.
